Hi On Tap Family,
As summer chugs along I want to update you on many things. First, here
is the connection to the video my nephew Tyler made of our showcase in
May. He is really getting great at video production and just made this

More announcements;
1. Next week (July 26 and 27) is the last
week of classes for July. The last July class is "open class" for all
family and friends to come watch the dances we've been practicing this
summer. Here is the line up for that special week:
Monday 3:00 tap class: rehearsal at 3pm sharp, family and friends
welcome from 3:30 to 4:00. Wear bright colors all the way down to your
toes!
Tuesday 3:00 Celtic Cardio..Mom and Me Irish Dance: 3:00 rehearsal,
3:30-4:00 tea party and show for family and friends. RSVP necessary.
Wear green!
Tuesday 4:00 tap class: 4:00 rehearsal , 4:30-5:00 family and friends
welcome If you have the tuxedo t-shirt please wear that. If not, your
favorite anything.
2. Save the date! Leon Collins #1 tap dance
workshop with Nancy Traina. Nancy is coming from Corvallis to teach us
this great classic routine from 1-4pm Tuesday August 10 at our studio.
approx $35.00 each ( may be less depending on how many sign up) This
will be our only tap class in August. All intermediate tappers are
highly encouraged to attend this workshop. Please spread the word.
3. Private and Semi-Private lessons
available at the Tap House in August. Please call me to schedule time to
practice or take a lesson. I love it when tappers come over and dance
with me.
4. This just in from Sam Keator, Irish
dance instructor in Portland.."The 5th Annual Mid-Summers Night Irish
Gathering is just days away! Hope you will be able to attend and extend
a warm Irish welcome to Dale Russ, Tom Creegan and Mike Saunders!" The

AND REALLY BIG NEWS!!....
5. On Tap is moving!!! We will be joining
Annie Joslin of American Ballet Academy at her new dance building at
1795 Broadway NE .I will be sending out more details soon. New studios,
plenty of parking, kitchen, and multiple bathrooms. This will be a dream
come true. Stay posted for more details.
Fall classes begin Monday, September 13.

Summer Session Dates: June 8 to July 27
Mondays 3:00-4:00 ( Beginner Tap)
Tuesdays 3:00-3:55pm (*Mom and Me Irish) and
4:00-4:55pm (Intermediate tap)
Fridays 4:00-5:00 ( Intermediate Tap)
Saturdays, June 5 and July 10, 11:15am (All levels tap)
*$100.00 for Summer Session , or $12.00 per class drop in
10% discount for families or multiple class enrollment
(*Irish dance class price is $80.00 per person for 2 months based on two
people signing up together)
* NEW CLASS:
“T -Time”, (aka “Mom and Me Irish Dance” )
